Boston Mwebela is the national coordinator in southern Africa. He is a recognized and established trainer of leaders in Zambia with strong connections to peers in surrounding countries.  He has been working to develop Zambian church leaders for the past twenty years and has a significant vision for what needs to be done in the country.

He has established eight training centers in the southeast region of the country to which church leaders come to receive instruction in Bible, theology, and leadership and he has graduated at least 200 leaders from his two-year program.  Along with this, Boston has developed a program for trainers of trainers in which he takes his most promising graduates and equips them to build others church leaders and pastors for ministry and leadership. His ultimate aim is to blanket his country with mature leaders and also to serve as an advisor to church leaders in the surrounding countries.
